HOW TO DRESS PROFESSIONALLY FOR SUCCESS

By CRB Marco Madlangbayan

For women, one must have is a Black suit, preferably one that comes with a skirt and pants. The black suit If paired with the right top and accessories, the suit can take you from morning to evening. ; from business to formal. Other must-haves include the little black dress and a pair of stylish and comfortable black pumps.

For men, the number 1 must have is The business suit, preferably in black, the 3-piece suit being the more “respectable” ensemble because it is not just for business but can also be used as separates that can be worn all the time. Another must have for men is the white shirt. There is little that rivals the combination of a white shirt and a dark suit for a distinguished presentation. Striped shirt, especially the pinstripe is also synonymous with business wear, a definite must-have for professional men.

A wardrobe needs to be built upon a few basics – the pants, jackets, shirts and skirt your need to set by. Clothes should reveal the men rather than obscure look.

REBAP Pampanga conducts CPE for PRC Licensure of Brokers

REBAP Pampanga conducted its very own Continuing Professional Education (CPE) seminar for brokers last July 24, 2010. REBAP Pampanga’s CPE was held at the Red Rickshaw Restaurant, Greenfields, CSFP. The 8am-9pm seminar is equivalent to 24 credit hours of CPE. RESA LAW was sponsored by Sen. Panfilo Lacson and was approved on June 29, 2009; after 20 long years of due diligence and persistent to professionalize the Real Estate Industry practice. As result of professionalizing the industry; Real Estate Practioners such as Brokers, Appraiser, Assessors and Consultants will be transferred from the DTI (Department of Trade and industry) to PRC (Professional Regulation and Commissions) without taking examination under the Grand Father’s Clause.
