A short history of our organization, Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines - Pampanga Chapter.
REBAP Pampanga was founded in 1986 by CRB Lita Miranda (first charter president), CRB Zenaida Panlilio, CRB Leut Jioco and CRB Conrado Garcia, lovingly known as Apu CG; was also the Charter Presidents of REBAP and he was also the Charter President of CREBA (Chamber of Real Estate Builders Association) Pampanga. CREBA is an organization of builders together with real estate practioners and professionals that provides real estate development throughout the country.

Among the earlier Presidents of REBAP Pampanga, were CRB Jose Velez, CRB Eller Garcia, CRB Cicero Garcia, CRB Abelardo Garcia, and CRB Marilou Garbes.
In 2006, REBAP has formally applied in the SEC for the Registration of its Articles of incorporation and By-Laws. The President who was instrumental in the fulfillment of this milestone was CRB Marlene Reyes (a two term president of 2005-2006). Her successor CRB Corazon Baluyut (President for 2007-2009) has also taken REBAP Pampanga to new heights be ensuring REBAP’s partnership will all the major Developers of the Real Estate industry vastly expanding its Members network and multiplying the opportunities for financial advancement. The tradition of phenomenal achievements and successes is carried on by the incumbent President CRB Carla Espinosa who was awarded as the REBAP Most Outstanding President for Provincial Chapter of 2009. Today REBAP produces not only top passers in recent Real Estate examination but also the home of top sellers.
